If it wasn't for the Chinese

with all of their denial, obfuscation, and blame shifting then WE wouldn't have to be engaged in this level of denial, obfuscation, and blame shifting!!!

To believe that this is the Chinese' fault, is to believe that there was something that could have stopped this dead in its tracks. That something doesn't exist.
